At Daz Leatheria Handcrafted, each item is made with care, precision, and time — crafted by hand, not mass-produced.
Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or stitching are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece — not defects.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We want you to love your Daz piece.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you are eligible for an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
• You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• You provide clear photos or videos showing the issue through WhatsApp.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Because each item is handcrafted to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
• Custom or personalized orders,
• Items with natural leather marks or slight handmade variations,
• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer,
• Change-of-mind cases after the order has been made.

3. Exchange Process
If your item qualifies for an exchange:

2. We will coordinate pickup and inspection through Bosta.
3. Once approved, we will send you a replacement item or issue a refund.

4. Refunds (if applicable)
• Refunds are processed only if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
• Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Paymob within 7–14 business days.
• Cash refunds are not available for orders paid via COD; refunds are issued digitally.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please notify us immediately.
We will open a case with Bosta and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is verified.
