• Each item is handmade upon order.
• Orders are usually processed and ready for shipping within 5–7 business days.
• During peak periods or for custom orders, additional time may be required.
• You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Within Egypt

• We ship across Egypt using trusted courier partners.
• Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or confirmed via WhatsApp/DM before payment.

3. International Shipping

• International shipping is available upon request.
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and will be confirmed before checkout.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their country.
